You can upload your files by using a third party upload client (Filezilla, CuteFTP, Fetch, etc.), or you can access the FTP site via your operating system's explorer menu. For both scenarios you will need to acquire a user name and password from a PrimeSourceOPC representative.

With use of the third party FTP client software, simply navigate to the ftp://ftp.opcpackaging.com/ address and enter the username and password.

For the operating system route, the instructions will differ based on if you are working from a PC or a Mac.

From PC: Find the file you wish to transfer and either right click-Copy the file or keep the window open where the file resides. Then, open another window via Windows Explorer or a My Documents. In the address bar type in the following address: ftp://ftp.opcpackaging.com/ Then enter the user name and password when prompted. A new window will appear and now you can either right click-Paste your file or simply drag and drop the file from the other open window.

From Mac: Hit Command+K to bring up a new server connection window and enter the following address: ftp://ftp.opcpackaging.com/ Enter the user name and password supplied, and a new window should appear once you are connected to the site. Now simply drag and drop the file into the new window.

Based on your internet connection speed and internet traffic it could take several minutes to send your file. Once your upload is complete you will see a copy of the file in the new window. If you have any issues please visit the contact us page for assistance.
